After about 7 months of owning the Dopod D810 ‘Trinity’ Pocket PC Phone, I’m realising that it has a very long name.

But no, that’s not my point today. I’m here to bring myself very grave news.

The glossy black finish is PEEEEELING off!

Okay not very obvious, but all the shiny little specks are… the underlying chrome finish.

I didn’t really care, until I just saw this from some other site:

My first thought was LOL, then- NO WAAAAY MAN. NO WAAAY. MY DOPOD, <33~!

Ok I sounded horrible at sounding horrible. Sorry for any scares.

PS. And then again, that Dopod looks cool anyway.

C&C3!

Ah, took quite some time, but I’m finally done with Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. Or C&C3. I’ve never really been a fan of RTS games but seems like the Age of Empires/Mythology series and C&C series are the only ones I’ve ever bothered to completed.

Uh. It’s- it’s a rather good game actually. But- but nothing amazing tho. Nothing memorable, nothing incredible, nothing… yeah you get the idea. But perhaps it’s due to my lack of interest in RTS games =/

Okay, the game goes like this.

Sometime in the future, the world’s screwed. I mean, why wouldn’t it be? It’s this… green crystals stuffs. Tiberium they call it. It’s growing EVERYWHEEREEE on the planet. And guess what? They’re toxic or dangerous or giving off some kinda radiation or something. Scared now?

And then some major superpower nations agree that this Tiberium growth gonna threaten our Planet. So they form the GDI, Global Defence Initiative, wanting to rid the Earth of it. However, however, however. This cool bald guy, Kane, disagrees. He believes the Tiberium is part of the next step of Human evolution, and insists that it must remain on Earth and blah. So he forms a brotherhood or followers, recruiting people until he has an incredibly army that rivals that of GDI. Oh, and this brotherhood is called Nod.

And so that’s how the game started. Nod vs GDI. GDI vs Nod. You’ll get to play both. And sometime into the game, an alien race invades Earth. Can’t spoil it for those who hasn’t played or still playin, so why and how, I can’t say.

Aaaaaaand, that’s basically it. Uh huh.

But- but what’s good is that, the cut scenes are REAL-LIFE. Like, real-life actors acting in real-life, um, studios.

The really cool bald guy, Kane, is really cool and bald.

And they even used high-profile actors and actresses. A number of the cast are from Battlestar Galactica. But that doesn’t matter. What’s better is probably, Grace Park. She’s- um, a famous actress/model. I think. But yeah, pretty face and that’s about all. Pfft.

And what’s even better is Josh Holloway. Yeeah, Sawyer from Lost? He’s the guy who briefs you for your missions.

Um. And that’s all actually.

Now, I gotta prioritise between S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl and astro and homework and nothing else. =)
