Comex IT Show!

This might make me sound awfully geeky, but who doesn’t love new toys?

Well, my family head down to the Comex IT fair at the Singapore Expo just now, and when we were came back, the car’s boot and backseats were taken up by a BIIIIIIG (really, it’s 42 kg and big enough to occupy 2 seats) box. And what was it in?

ZOMG ALL-IN-ONE COLOUR LASER PRINTER!!!

Sorry if you don’t find this impressive, but poor kids like me have been living on inkjets printers as long as I know what a printer is.

The damage done was slightly into the 4 digits, take or give a few hundred, but it’s reallllllly cool. And it’s awfully big. Big as in, realllllly big, that it has to have it’s own lonely location of its own, mainly becos if it’s placed next to a computer, the printer looks more tempting to play with than the computer. It comes with built-in scanner, supposingly making it ‘All-In-One’, but I wonder why don’t they just call it ‘with a Scanner’. And (as Sujay would put it), it can print too.

Woweeee. And now the 4 inkjet printers in my house are rendered useless. Bleh.
